1. Return Window

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Intimate wear, swimwear, and socks for hygiene reasons
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
• Gift cards and vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

Go to My Orders, select the order, and click "Return Item". Choose the reason and preferred refund method. Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or wallet.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
