Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return policy criteria, cancelled orders before shipment, and orders with missing or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refund to the same card/UPI/account used for purchase (5-7 business days)
- Store Credit: Instant credit to your ChicChums wallet for future purchases
- Bank Transfer: For COD orders, refund via NEFT to your registered bank account (7-10 business days)
3. Refund Timeline

4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Items that are used, washed, or missing tags/packaging
- Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging. The amount will be determined after inspection.
